Refund policy

At IMG Secrets LLC, all products are custom-printed on demand. Because each item is made specially for you, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

🛠 When We Accept a Refund or Replacement

We will replace your item or issue a full refund if any of the following occur:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item arrives defective

  • There is a printing or manufacturing error

  • You receive the wrong item

To start a claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description

No physical return is required for damaged or defective items.

🚫 When Returns Are Not Accepted

Because our items are custom-printed, we cannot accept:

  • Returns or exchanges for wrong size ordered

  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse

  • Returns for change of mind

  • Returns of used or worn items

  • Returns of sale items or gift cards

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

📦 No Physical Returns

Do NOT return any items to IMG Secrets LLC or to Printify.

We do not accept physical returns, and items sent back without approval will not be processed.

All issues are handled digitally through photo verification.
Once approved, we will ship a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.

📅 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

However, the item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags).

Note: Custom-printed products may be exempt from EU returns under local law, but we will review each request case-by-case.

💳 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

  • Banking delays may apply
